Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unused sofa covers in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
